Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation Policy
To ensure a smooth order experience and to prevent fake or last-minute cancellations, all Cash on Delivery orders placed on our website require confirmation before they are processed.
Once you place a COD order, our team will send a confirmation message via WhatsApp and/or email. Production of your piece will begin only after we receive your confirmation.

As most Subjkt pieces are made to order and we maintain very limited ready stock, we hold unconfirmed COD orders for up to 3 days. If we do not receive a response within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled from our end.
This policy helps us reserve our limited production capacity for genuine customers and ensures that every piece is made with the care it deserves.
