REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

As all pieces at subjkt are made to order, we maintain a structured exchange policy.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@subjkt.in within this period.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

  • The return shipment must be arranged and shipped by the customer.

Size Exchanges

  • Size exchanges must be requested within the same 4-day window.

  • A ₹150 re-dispatch fee applies for domestic size exchanges.

Store Credit

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Claims must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory.

  • Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.

  • Items reported after 4 days will not be eligible.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale Items

All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
