Shipping Coverage

• We ship PAN India.

• We ship internationally, with additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch

• All SUBJKT pieces are made to order.

• Once your order is confirmed, production takes approximately 4–5 business days.

• After production is completed, your order is dispatched.

• Domestic orders generally take an additional 4–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

• India: Approximately 4–5 business days for making + 4–5 business days for delivery, making the overall estimated timeline 8–10 business days from order confirmation.

• International: Production takes approximately 4–5 business days, followed by delivery timelines that vary depending on the destination, courier, and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

• Domestic shipping: Shipping charges are included in the product price.

• International shipping: Additional shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Express shipping: For express shipping requests, please contact info@subjkt.in before placing your order. Express delivery may be subject to additional charges and availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible orders within India.

• As all SUBJKT pieces are made to order, COD orders are processed according to our COD Policy.

• Please refer to our COD Policy for details regarding order confirmation, production, cancellations, and refused deliveries.

• If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, SUBJKT reserves the right to restrict or disable COD access for future orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order.

SUBJKT is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties — International Orders
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SUBJKT has no control over customs procedures or the charges imposed by the destination country, and these charges are not included in the product price or international shipping fee.
